Amsterdam in 4th place of fairest cities
Reader's Digest wanted to know which global city was the fairest, so they lost 192 wallets around the world. In each of the 19 cities, they recorded a name, cell phone number, family photo, coupons and business cards in the discarded wallet, plus $50 in the currency of that country. Then they left 12 wallets in each city, near parks, malls and on the sidewalk, and counted how many were returned.
